Project Summary:
Aims:
• Establish a teachers’ organisation able to promote teachers’ rights
• Improve quality of education and living condition and salaries for teachers
• CITA will be able to undertake the activities by its own 2010
Expected results:
• CITA established in all provinces
• District leaders trained
• Membership recruitment reaching the set targets
• Increased membership dues
