Project Summary:

Aims:
• Enhance the professional competence of the primary and elementary teachers
• Assist AIPTF and its affiliates in making them professionally viable

Expected Results:
• Professionally competent, committed and dedicated teachers
• Attractive and pupils friendly schools
• Unions interventions in curriculum settings for text books and teachers training
• Unions involvement and consultation invited in education related issues especially relating to quality

Methodology:
Training of trainers, mural sessions, seminars and courses, planning and evaluation, coordination with educational bodies such as NCERT, SCERT, DIET, NCT, etc.

Participants:
Male and female members and leaders.

No. of recipients reached by the project:
More than 50,000 male and female members and leaders.
