Project Summary:
Aims:
• Build capacity to deal with privatization /market economy
• Raise awareness on HTUR
• Improve union administration & finance
• Strengthen leadership skills
Expected Results:
• Strengthened capacity to deal issues on privatization
• Improved skills, knowledge (ASK) on democratic TU
• Increased union dues collection
• Improved TU administration
Working method:
Training, seminar/workshops, translation of training materials to Russian, publicity
