Project Summary:
Principal Aims:
1. Build capacity to deal with privatization /market economy
2. Raise awareness on HTUR
3. Improve union administration & finance
4. Strengthen leadership skills
Expected Results:
1. Strengthened capacity to deal issues on privatization
2. Improved skills, knowledge (ASK) on democratic TU
5. Increased union dues collection
6. Improved TU administration
Methodology:
Training, seminar/workshops, translation of training materials to Russian, publicity
