Project Summary:
Aims:
• Train top leaders of the unions in the region
• Develop strategic plans for their unions
• Support parts of the plans
Working method:
• 3 week long training including of planning and proposals for parts of the action plan
• Presentations
• Group works
• Seminars
• Role play
• Workshops
• Adoption of the plans by the Executive Committees of the organisations
