Project Summary:
Aims:
• Enable SNEPPCI to strengthen trade union work and influence educational policy
• Strengthen position of women in the organisation
• Recruit new members and sensitise existing members
• Strengthen SNEPPCI's ICT capacity and financial management
Expected Results:
• Increase number of members by 500 per year and sensitise 5000 per year
• Well trained members and elected representatives
• More women recruited and involved in SNEPPCI activities
• Increased ICT capacity and transparent and effective financial management
