Project Summary:
Aims:
- Train the trainer on democratic union leadership and professional development. 20 SYT leaders have participated in leadership seminar, 20 local leaders have graduated from train-the-trainers workshop.
- Create training materials for professional development in cooperation with EI in January 2008. Train-the-trainer with new material will follow.
