Expected Results:
Membership and leadership training.
The project is carried out on national level and state level (19 state level sub-projects + 1 national level project)
Working Methods:
This is a low-cost and long-term project. The working method is based on partnership between the host organisation and co-operating organisation. The project is developed based on the needs of the host organisation and it is implemented by the host organisation itself. If experts or resource persons outside the host organisation are used they most often come from the country, neighbouring countries or EI regional office. The methods have been developed so that the host organisation should be able to run the activities funded by its own budget when the project is phased out.
