Strengthen the organisation and structure of Education International member unions in Latin America.

Recent updates:
This project will continue for a further three years and will be implemented at regional level. It aims to improve the situation at regional level but will also strive to establish a link with the national level in order to promote the strengthening of EI member unions. The Regional Office is currently seeking financial resources to develop a support process at national level and thus complement the activities at regional level. The starting premise is that in order to effectively strengthen the union organisations we also need to work at national level by providing support for each individual organisation with the aim of facilitating a strategic approach and determining how best to strengthen the organisation in practice.
