Project Summary:
Aims:
Reduce dropout and increase enrolment in selected 200 schools
Expected Results:
All children of school going age will enrol and continue studies until grade 5 in the 200 schools from the communities around the 200 schools.
Working Methods:
• Training union leaders and teachers in these schools to monitor drop-out and take action to eliminate drop-out Campaign to increase enrolment
• Advocate to increase the number of teachers in these locations
• Survey to continuously monitor achieving education for all in these most backward regions of India.

Target group: Union leaders, teachers in the 200 schools
Gender Perspective: Minimum of 30% of women's participation and focus on girls' education
