Project Summary:

Aims:
The training aimed to provide the knowledge and skills needed for school representatives to act as school leaders, union builders, communicators, and problem solvers

Expected Results:
The expected results are to improve the school rep’s traditional roles, but also their role in school reform, providing professional support to staff, building cooperative relationships among the staff and administration, and serving on school improvement teams and labor-management committees.

Working Methods:
The training used the participatory methods, working groups, and role playing.

Target group: school representatives and union leaders

Gender Perspective: equal split M/F
