Project Summary:
Aims:
To develop a democratic teacher union (through developing plans, building local leadership networks, using teacher training as a strengthening tool, create dues-paying base)
Expected Results:
To enhance the capacities of the union in developing democratic union practices.
Working Methods:
The methods of training used are participatory-style workshops that include problem-solving in small group settings, as well as role playing.
