Project Summary:
Aims:
1) to strengthen the impact of SLTU in the education sector at national, regional and district level by implementing strategies and plans for advocacy and negotiations and through utilising trained SLTU leaders at these levels as well as the education stakeholders conferences.
2) to strengthen the services for teachers by improving their knowledge, performances and working situation at school level through consolidation of the production and distribution of newsletters to all schools, and through training of School Representatives.

Target group: 2,000 SRs, 320 female members and 350 national/regional/district SLTU leaders
