Project Summary:
Aims:
• Enable TAE to strengthen trade union work and influence educational policy
• Increase awareness on gender equity and representativity in the organisation
• Strengthen the position of TAE through more skilled leaders and school representatives
Expected Results:
• Increased awareness on women rights and participation
• Increased understanding among teachers about the benefit of working together for a better education and better conditions for the teachers
• Knowledgeable representatives of TAE working effectively at regional and school levels
