Dalila joined the International Federation of Chemical, Energy and Mines General Workers (ICEM) in 2004, and after their move to Geneva in 2008, she joined Education International as an Administrative Assistant in the General Services Unit.
Dalila speaks and writes fluent Arabic, English and French, and she has always been interested in union work.
