Strengthen and mobilise EI and its member organisations in the light of the above challenges and priorities
Provide capacity building programs for education unions with a special focuson those in low income countries and emerging democracies; give special attention to the Arab region.
Develop pro-active recruitment and organising strategies, including political organising; give special attention to young, early stage teachers and researchers and to education support staff.
