Georges Wilbert Franck

After classical studies at the Lycée Philippe Guerrier in Les Cayes in the Sud department, Georges Wilbert Franck studied Modern Literature at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of the State University of Haiti, then Political Science at the Institut National d'Administration et des Hautes Études Internationales of the State University of Haiti. In 2005, he obtained a Master's degree in the dissemination of French, trade and international cultural cooperation at the University of Rouen, France. He was Coordinator of the Union Nationale des Normaliens/Normaliennes et Educateurs/Educatrices d'Haïti (UNNOEH) from 2012 to 2021 and is currently the Director of Training and Development at the Ministry of National Education of Haiti and a university professor.
