published 11 April 2006 updated 8 June 2018

EI recently commisioned an article by Ugandan journalist about the everyday life of local teachers. The article is written within the framework of EI's programme to involve teacher unions in the Education For All (EFA) initiative. Uganda is one of the 17 countries from which the 26 teacher unions involved in the programme, are located.
