Bolívar Rojas Vargas has been a communications officer at the Education International Latin America (EILA) Regional Office since 2018. He studied Audiovisual Production and Journalism at the University of Costa Rica and is currently doing a Masters in Latin American Studies at the National University of Costa Rica’s Institute of Latin American Studies.
