Dr. David Frost

David is a co-director of the HertsCam Network and an Emeritus fellow of Wolfson College, Cambridge. As an academic, his research and teaching have focused on educational leadership and school improvement. HertsCam has worked with partners in more twenty countries to create programmes to support non-positional teacher leadership. Since the 1980s, David has developed strategies to support teachers as agents of change who engage in the creation and transfer of professional knowledge. He has published widely and continues to publish and address audiences of school principals, teachers and educational leaders around the world.
