Dr. Hilmi Hamdan is an educational expert, researcher, and eLearning innovator. He is the designer of Hamdan’s Model in eLearning and a 2023 Fellow at Harvard’s Middle East Professional Learning Initiative. Hilmi is currently a PhD candidate in Education in Algeria. He is the manager of the training department of the General Union of Palestinian Teachers (GUPT).
