Noumoutieba Diarra

Noumoutieba Diarra is the headmaster of the Ouroun primary school in southern Mali. He is the focal point for the implementation of an SNEC project to eliminate child labour in his commune and a coordinator for the other focal points in his region. A former child worker turned teacher, he is also a committed union activist.
