Congress Business - Publications
The business of Congress is set out in a series of publications, all of which will be available online on the Congress website in the course of next week. Hard copies of the books will be given to participants on registration at the Congress Centre.
The Books consist of a Congress Guide, which contains practical information about Congress and its procedures; Book 1, which contains proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws, the addenda to the Education Policy Paper and the proposed Rights Policy Paper; Book 2, which contains the resolutions for Congress and their amendments; Book 3, which contains the Financial reports; and, Books 4a and 4b, which contain the reports of the quadrennial equality surveys and the quadrennial Progress Report.
