Outcomes
Members are getting better services from ZATU as ZATU Leadership Training and Recruitment Strategy has been redesigned and updated to strengthen the internal leadership training and the School Cluster meeting activities.
The employer (from Ministry of Education to school level) has more knowledge and understanding of school and teacher issues as ZATU takes lead in Evidence-based Advocacy activities among Education Stakeholders skills of School Representatives.
