40 Employers, Labour Inspectors and School Representatives meet for a Negotiation Awareness 2-day workshop. The expected 30 participants that shows interest in signing CBA are invited for a follow-up 2-day workshop to sign CBA. This leads to a follow-up 1-day meeting for 20 of the participants.

Outcomes
SYNEDUC has created better working relationship with employers and more CBAs has been negotiated and signed based on successful case examples from 2025.
Members are getting better services from SYNEDUC and more teachers are encouraged to join SYNEDUC, recognizing the tangible benefits of union membership.
