Amy Marcetti Topper

Amelia Marcetti Topper is an independent researcher and education consultant. Her research focuses on issues of educational access and student success, particularly among historically marginalized and disenfranchised populations, as well as conducting program and policy evaluations for federal, state, and non-governmental agencies and postsecondary institutions. She holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Evaluation from Arizona State University.
