Dr. Carys J. Craig is an Associate Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, in Toronto, Canada, and Academic Director of Osgoode’s Professional LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law. She is the Editor in Chief of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, and the author of many scholarly articles and books in the area of intellectual property law and policy, including ‘ Copyright, Communication & Culture: Towards a Relational Theory of Copyright Law.’
