Unifah Rosyidi

Prof. Dr. Unifah Rosyidi, M.Pd, is a prominent Indonesian education leader and academic, serving as the President of the PGRI and a lecturer at Jakarta State University (YNJ). She holds a doctoral degree in public administration from Universitas Indonesia and a master’s in education administration from IKIP Bandung.

With decades of experience, she has made significant contributions to education policy, teacher development, and leadership training, including as a member of the Education International Executive Board (2024-2029), a consultant for global organisations such as the World Bank and the International Labour Organisation, and working for the Ministry of Education and Culture.

A strong advocate for teacher empowerment and inclusive education, Prof. Unifah has represented Indonesia in international forums such as Education International World Congresses and ASEAN Council of Teachers conventions. She has authored numerous research papers, books, and articles on education reform and teacher professionalism, contributing significantly to national and global education policies.
