Call for comments on Education and Learning
EI encourages member organisations and education stakeholders worldwide to review and provide feedback to the Draft Business Engagement Framework for Education and Learning released by the UN Global Compact, UNICEF, UNESCO and the Office of the UN Special Envoy for Global Education. The Framework is intended to be a practical tool for a wide range of stakeholders in the education space.
The draft is opened for public consultation and comment until 15 August 2013. Stakeholders are invited to:
* Download the Draft Business Engagement Framework for Education and Learning;
* Complete the questionnaire to provide feedback; and
* Propose case study examples of business engagement in education at the global or local level using the case study template.
“We believe that teachers and their organisations should make their voice heard and can give valuable and critical input to this document,” said EI General Secretary Fred van Leeuwen. “We therefore strongly encourage them to participate in this call for comments.”
