Croissance des syndicats

Tout·e enseignant·e et tout·e membre des personnels de soutien à l’éducation a le droit de se syndiquer et de faire partie d’un syndicat qui représente et défend ses valeurs et ses intérêts. Cependant, les syndicats de l’éducation à travers le monde sont confrontés à de lourds obstacles et œuvrent dans des environnements de plus en plus difficiles et hostiles. La voie à suivre consiste à revitaliser les syndicats, à renforcer leur pouvoir en augmentant le nombre de membres et la participation active, ainsi qu’à maximiser leur impact.
