This was a wholistic project aimed at recontsruction, of ZIMTA various structures. It was also to strenthen ZIMTA leadership and build its structures right from grassroot to national level. The project also is aimed to increase activism of members and leaders by increasing knowledge on trade union issues and conditions of service. It also increased the capacity of the negotiators to be able to engage in collective bargaining.
