Crecimiento sindical

Todo el personal docente y de apoyo educativo tiene derecho a sindicarse y afiliarse a un sindicato que represente y defienda sus valores e intereses. Sin embargo, en todo el mundo, los sindicatos de la educación se enfrentan a graves ataques y trabajan en entornos cada vez más difíciles y hostiles. El camino a seguir pasa por revitalizar los sindicatos, ampliar su poder incrementando la afiliación y la participación activa y maximizar su impacto.
